Funding support

Grant routes checked before you spend.

Some AI and automation projects qualify for grant funding. We check what applies to your organisation and write the application with you.

Funding is reviewed during the evaluation, so the proposal you receive already shows which routes might apply and what they would need from you.

How funding can change the sums.

Public bodies and charitable trusts run schemes that support productivity and innovation, and an AI project can fall within them. The schemes open and close through the year, each with its own rules on who can apply, what can be paid for and how much you must contribute yourself.

For a business owner or a charity treasurer, a successful application can bring a project forward by a year or make a larger one affordable. The work is in finding the right scheme and writing an application that meets its criteria, and that is the part we take on.

Finding the schemes that fit.

We look at schemes open to organisations of your size and location, including local growth programmes and charitable trusts that fund digital work. We tell you which ones look realistic and which ones are a long shot.

We are plain about eligibility. If your project does not qualify, we say so early rather than spending your time on an application that will fail.

Writing the application.

Funders want to see a clear problem, a credible plan, a sensible budget and measurable outcomes. The on site evaluation produces most of that already, so the application builds on work you have paid for rather than starting again.

We draft the application and you add what only you can say, then submit it in your organisation's name. Where a scheme needs match funding, we set out exactly what your share would be.

After a decision.

If the application succeeds, we plan the build around the funder's timetable and reporting requirements, so the evidence they ask for is collected as the project runs.

If it does not, we ask for the feedback, tell you whether another scheme is worth trying, and you decide whether to go ahead without funding or wait for another round.
